Nearly forgot to take any pictures today! Luckily, Ra-shu-ma, god of all things green and glassy, reminded me. I repaid the favour by taking his portrait (he’s quite vain).
High-key photography is not something I do very often, but it works well here. Actually, I’m not 100% sure of the definition of high-key photography, so maybe that’s not even what I’m doing. Who knows.
I shot this at f/1.8 because I was handholding the camera. It’s a little soft as a result; ideally I should have set up the tripod and shot at f/4 or so, but Ra-shu-ma is impatient, and it’s unwise to anger him.
